Design and implementation of test procedures for protection functions and other features of multifunctional protection devices
Selection of suitable test methods and tools for efficient and precise verification
Execution of verification and functional tests for protection devices using modern testing technologies
Application of test automation tools (especially OMICRON) to optimize and standardize testing processes
Development and execution of structured test plans and documentation of results in detailed test reports
Use of Python to automate and optimize test processes
Execution of manual tests to fully verify device functionality
Release of software versions and associated hardware components after successful testing
Planning and continuous improvement of test strategies, environments and processes
Maintenance and further development of the existing test infrastructure

Your mission
Your profile
Completed technical training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a comparable field
Solid understanding of electrical systems, ideally within protection technology or energy management systems
Experience in testing technical systems or verification of hardware and software
Experience with test automation tools (e.g. OMICRON) is a plus
Programming skills in Python for test automation
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
High level of quality awareness and independent working style
